Hey,
I am making a fruit wine to distill. The SG of the juice I have is 1.045. I want to get to an SG of 1.062 to target a final ABV of 8% before distilling.
How much sugar do I need to add to reach that SG?
anyone have a link to a calculator or a formula I can use.
