Hello Yall

Post by jsanders1127 »

Hey Everyone,

I got into the distilling hobby about 10 years ago. I run a a 15-gallon keg still with a Mile Hi reflux column. I love the distilling hobby and wanting to make it a profession eventually. I primarily do just basic sugar wash runs but want to start branching out and doing all grain runs! Thanks for everyone here and all the advice y'all give!

Welcome aboard, jsanders,

The all-grain threads listed under the Tried and True section provide excellent roadmaps to success. (You can tweak your recipes as you go). One consideration you will face is scaling your batches (mainly mash/ferment/aging vessel sizes) so can produce the practical amount of liquor you'd like to drink.

Good luck!

Hello and welcome!! I started this just wanting to make moonshine and fell down a couple rabbit holes. Now I'm making rum, whiskey and bourbon!
Enjoy the ride
