Hi just a short introduction from myself.
I am a home distiller based in the scottish Highlands, I have been distilling for about 5 years mainly making whisky and experimenting with other things such as brandys made with local berry's and honeyshine made with locally sourced honeys.
I look forward to discussing the craft with all of you many thanks.
Regards.
Highlander.

Re: Introduction
Welcome from Canada Highlander. I spent a month in the Highlands a few years ago, rented a flat at Caol just out of Ft William and day tripped all over from there. Beautiful country and wonderful, colorful people.
