G’day from Brisbane Australia

Post by Swigger »

My name is swigger and it is more about the name of my old blue healer dog than my drinking habits! I have an Airstill and want to get back into small batch gin and rums. Thanks for all of the admin that goes into this great resource. Cheers!

G’day swigger and welcome to the Forum .
Get the impression you used to use the old Airstill and have got it out again .
Do you have a reflux still ? Iff’n you’re going to make Gin , you would normally start with a nice clean Neutral spirit .
You’ll find an Airstill might make that task a bit hard to achieve , but it will be good for your Gin runs.
Should be able to pick up a second hand reflux still on Brissy buy swap sell pretty easily .
