Well, I did work as a head distiller for a craft distillery for a couple of years. The downturn in the craft industry here has left me without a job and so now Iām back to being just a home fermenter and a distiller.
I like to experience mensch to find new things particularly stuff that is indigenous or historically significant for my area, such as Saskatoon and crabapples. Looking forward to many fruitful discussions.
