Hello,
Brand new to using forums like this, so please forgive my mistakes. Not new to reading about the hobby but definitely new to actually trying it. I've done what I would consider a successful sugar wash and a complete failure of an all grain. Using an all copper 20gallon pot with a 3 gallon thumper and 3 gallon worm. Looking forward to learning more and getting roasted for stupid questions

Re: Sorta new
Welcome! Spend some time reading all the content in the links below in the 'required reading' section, and then head over to the 'Tried and True' part of the forum to find a recipe and procedure that is foolproof if you follow it carefully. Lots of folks here who can reflect on your results and lend a hand towards understanding what's up.
Glad you are here.
