Thanks for having me. Oceanic based, technical background, still'n is legal where I live but there's only a very small community.
Have 6 or 7 homebrew beers under my belt, but my background had me keener for the more controllable distilling hobby.
I have half-a-dozen still runs under my belt now, and have lots to learn. I run a 60L boiler on a 4", 4 bubble-plate still with a 600mm packet section. Classic still-dragon like setup, but imported via Alibaba for ~$1000USD. Spec'd the still to pump out an good product quick, though I need more practice. Would definitely recommend.
Interested in making Gin (maceration + gin basket), but for now, I'm making whisky's and on my way to Vodkas.
