Hello,
I’m exploring distilling for educational purposes, and this appears to be a great place to learn.
I’m particularly interested in traditional recipes from America, as well as any interesting tools, techniques, and procedures (such as the use of oyster shells, which I just learned about!).

Hey there Jimbo and welcome .
When you say learning for educational , do you mean learning so you can distill or are you researching for other reasons .

Haha Thanks everyone.

I don't have a lot of space or privacy at the moment so any experiments will have to be pretty limited for the time being but im pretty fascinated by the craft and what ive learned so far on here.
Cheers
