Hi, I live in New Zealand and have been distilling for about twenty years. I mainly like making whisky and rum in pot stills. I'm interested in progressing from grain sugar washes to malting the grains to give more complex flavours.
Also interested in trying my hand at gin, have picked up a gin basket so itching to try that out.
I enjoy building stills and an in the process of putting together an inline thumper, along with continually tinkering with the stills I have.
Thanks to everyone for contributing to such a great resource. There's always so many great things to read about.

Lots of good threads on all grain mashing. Booners Casual All Corn, Jimbos 1/2 Barrel Wheated Bourbon and Teddysads No Mash No Sugar threads are treasure troves of info to make the jump a lot easier.
