Hello,
I'm new but not that new. I've been distilling for around 1 year and this forum has been a big source of knowledge and would like to thank everyone.
Had some experience distilling orujo/grappa and some Brandy and would like to get deeper into whiskey.

. I just put a gallon of Brandy on some oak. My son makes wine and had a fly in a batch and couldn't bring himself to drink it .I love me some good Brandy
