Hey everyone,
I found this forum when I searched for "American single malt whiskey forums" and was happy to find a community of like-minded people who share the same interests, passion and desire to create their own flavor profiles and techniques.
My distilling interests are focused primarily on Irish and American style single malt whiskeys.
I'm looking forward to sharing my ideas and experiences here.
