First post, hello from CR

Hello from Costa Rica, just moved here and Iā€™m gearing up for ferments, sourdough and distillation. Iā€™m used to Canadian climates so the increase in temperature will be a learning curve. My neighbor here is from Dallas area and has a complete still setup and working so I have an experienced tutor. Looking forward to exploring this site and learning more. I have a lot of bananas growing on the property so I think a banana mash is first up. Cheers!
