Hi everyone, I am a long lost member of the site from Australia, haven't been here in 10 years or so. Things have changed a bit I guess.
I haven't done any brewing in the last 10 years or so. Life just got in the way I guess.
However, yesterday I put in a very basic sugar brew to see if I remember how everything works :D . I'll have to wait and see I guess.
I went looking for the old Distillers.org main site but couldn't find it, looks like it's gone now.?? There was some really great stuff on there, and a calculator I used to use a lot, for checking dilution.

I should have expanded a little more about me I guess, I started back in about 2009 brewing, and carried on for a few years. Then life got in the way. paused in 2014-2015 till now. I have built several stills myself Reflux type, 1st one was liquid management. wasn't happy with results. Did some research and lots of reading. Then built a VM type which I still have today. Stainless 18 gal steel pot (keg) 2" copper column. Results are good, works well. I am always looking to update my knowledge and improve my skills, things change and get better all the time. Hope to learn more along the way.
Thank you, great to see there is a good following still happening in the craft.

Hi Russty ,
Welcome back .
You are only allowed one active account so if you could contact an administrator , they will sort that out for you .

Yeah , the old parent site is now gone . It is achieved somewhere but I can’t remember where off hand . It was scrapped because a lot of the info on it was wrong or dated .

The theory however , was moved over to our wiki
