Hello.
New to this forum. From what I have read so far there is an amazing amount of knowledge and experience here and willingness to share and educate.
For the last 20 years I have been a commercial beekeeper with about 350 hives. December is slow as they are resting and trying to stay warm. Before bees i was a commercial brewer of beer, worked at a yeast laboratory and spent many seasons commercial fishing in SE Alaska and the Bering sea.
Before children I got into distilling a bit, maybe a dozen runs. Now kids are grown and time to ease back into the hobby. Looking forward to learning and contributing what I can.
