Hello al. I have been making meads and wines for quite awhile now. Decided I needed to add to my knowledge by entering the world of distillation. So far I’ve done a run of some of my less successful wines to make a sort of brandy which was turned into cherry bounce. Did a moderately successful corn mash which was aged with charred oak and currently aging a rum. Looking forward to doing more and hopefully will have the guidance of the fine people here.
