Hi, I'm staring early retirement in the face and looking to take up a time-sink hobby, which will also entertain the wife I've started with an "Air Still Pro" simply as a compact, "press the button and wait" solution to understand the basics - I know they're not the favoured solutions but I need a gentle introduction. I'm here on the back-side of a search looking for recipes for the above, having passed the first 23L sugar wash through on reflux.
