Hello everyone!
I have just started learning about distilling. Seems very interesting, however, I do not have enough space in my house to be distilling with wheat and fruit so I would mostly be making a sugar wash, distilling it and adding flavors to it. But I would love to get advice for what sort of things I should look out for.
