Hello, newbie here in California with ambitions of making good whiskey, vodka, rum, etc. I am building a small still. I have an 8 gallon Stainless Steel Vevor boiler, with a 3 gallon Stainless Steel Vevor thumper, into 20ft of coiled 1/2" copper as a condenser in a Home Depot 5 gallon bucket. All of the copper tubing has been upgraded to 1/2". Looking to interact with others that have the knowledge so I can elevate this hobby craft!. Thanks for the warm welcome.
