just getting back into it after about 10 years layoff, but gong down the water still with voltage controller route, mainly for cost saving i guess, hope to gleen some much needed info off you guys so ill see you around

hello
i was just in cardiff and greenwich w my 86 yr old mom from bedford. I stayed away from the spirits but tried every cask beer i could find. loved the brains bitter, harveys sussex, broadside and victory pale. the worst beer i had was in a tourist place in cardiff, if was imported IPA from NY. Im working on a pot still to make brandy and whiskey. Good luck diving back in.
