New Member Introduction

Hi everyone! Just here to introduce myself. I'm an avid beer brewer and looking to step into making spirits. I love Scotch whiskies and gins, so those are what I'm looking to make. I just purchased a heating element and plan to build a controller in the next few weeks. I finished a 2"x3' copper column and a 2' shotgun condenser last fall. I'll get pics up eventually.
