Hi all,
Like the title says I have been lurking here for a while. This is a great place for information. I have spent many hours reading here. Thanks to all the mods and contributors. I am primarily interested in whiskey. I have done a few batches with YLY that have turned out well. So far I am using a pot still with a thumper but I might build a CCVM sometime.
