I ran into this study tracking down agave manufacturers in my state. I was curious if anyone has used the powder vs the syrup.

I have been looking at prices for wholesale blue agave. I received just this one quote on small quantities, it was from Natural ever. For 26 kg the cost was 2200 pesos. Or 55 lb. for $110.00 US.
Just to let you guys know the going rate here in Jalisco.

You have the list, email them and ask. It would probably be cheaper to fly over and buy a good local mezcal.
