Distilling is the newest of my hobbies.
After a period of reading the forum posts with interest, I realized that my current domains of interest are fermentation (grain mash, sugar mash), making neutral alcohol, using activated carbon filters, and gin recipes.
I have never made gin, rum or whisky.
I only distilled fruit, wine and grape plums. But no quality drinks.
I recently bought a copper column boiler with 3 bubble plates and deflegmator. It runs on gas.
I want to put it to work. I hope.
