First mash using winos

Many like to post about a first successful ferment (or first all grain mash), or first still built/bought or first good run of the still. Tell us about all of these great times here.

First mash using winos

Post by esther87 »

Said I would get back to you about my first wash since 2013. Used Winos recipe. Turned out well. Just started another. Biggest problem is more neighbors stopping over at cocktale hour . many thanks to the master distillers.

Welcome back Esther.

Hopefully those neighbors are bringing mixers and food with them to offset your time/expenses making booze.
