New guy here

Hi all, new here. I've been perusing for a while but just now joined. Been making beer/wine/mead/cider for many years but don't really drink that much anymore. When I do it's mainly bourbon and some rum. I do miss the process of brewing beer though so figured I would try my hand at stilling. Hoping to build a simple pot still and start making some tasty treats! Looking forward to learning a few things from you seasoned vets.
