Hello there. I’ve been running a pot for about 4-5 years but only 1-2 runs a year. I’m really interested in all grain recipes. I’ve tried my hand at one a time or two but I failed. Now, I’ve been really sticking g with the Jesse simple. Really just interested in making an extra smooth drink to be proud of. Peach is also something I would love to master
