Rookie Entry

Well decided to take the plunge get involved in the community. Loved to learn from this forum and experimenting with new flavours. Still consider myself learning the entire process. Fascinated by the science behind this hobby. Completed three runs all with slightly different recipes but same principle ingredients of flaked corn, rye, and barley. Have small still with a thumper that I have infused each run with different ingredients. The latest being vanilla bean. Loved them all. Still having difficulties determining when tails start and will keep reading and researching. Looking to upgrade the still to larger one simply because....well why not. Thanks for blog and allowing me to post. Looking forward to learning from everyone and trying new recipes. Having a lot of fun and enjoyment.
