Selection of books

Post by Garouda »

I uploaded some reference books that might be useful. Pay attention, The Alcohol Textbook 4th edition is there twice, one large and one smaller file, but the content is the same.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
Here are the titles:
The craft of whiskey distilling.pdf
Tanner Brunner Dist Moderne.pdf
Alcohol_Textbook_4thEd.pdf - The alcohol textbook a reference for the beverage, fuel and industrial alcohol industries.pdf 21.5MB
The_Compleat_Distiller.pdf
The Alcohol textbook 4th Ed.pdf 4.6MB
Distillation Techniques in the Fruit Spirits Production.pdf
Artisan distilling - A guide for small distilleries.pdf
Making_Pure_Corn_Whiskey_A_Professional_Guide_for_Amateur_Distillers.pdf
I particularly recommend:
1. The_Compleat_Distiller.pdf
2. Alcohol_Textbook_4thEd.pdf
3. Making_Pure_Corn_Whiskey_A_Professional_Guide_for_Amateur_Distillers.pdf

A must-have!
A must-have!
A must-read for every one who wants to mash grains.
There is only one major difference between beer and a grain-based alcohol, there are no hops, the rest is the same.

Lol! This one of my two goto books for brewing. I’ve hade it for 15 years or so. The other is the Brewmaster Bible. They’re both back on the kitchen table now that I am back into all grain again.
