Welcome back.
I see you posted this a few days before I joined. I did quite a few at the start when I had little aged product, but not so much now except for Limoncello cheating, one nuke instead of days or weeks on the peels works well for me. I did that with Feijoa spirit and peels a couple of weeks ago, very nice.
