ABV off of the spout
Hi folks. I know many of you make all grain spirits and strip them down to around 28%, plus or minus. Can you tell me what the ABV off of the spout is when you end your run? With that, your starting ABV and average ABV of the low wines? I need that “off the spout” number for a calculator. I think it will be close to 10%, but that is just a guess.
