Hello! I've been lurking for a while but I'm excited to finally make an account.
I've dipped my toe into the hobby with a cheap 5 gallon pot still and a run of birdwatchers. Excited to learn more and improve! I think next I'll try a blackstrap molasses/brown sugar rum.
