So, I've made 18-20L ferments in my basement, and there is no issue with smell, it's nice and not too strong that my wife complains.
but I would like to go a bit bigger, 50-75L ferments for Rum, as I have about 40L of Molly that's 1/2 fancy, 1/2 BlackStrap, and want to use it up
I'm rural.... and I have a small river just north of me that the animals move along....

my old hunting buddy uses molly/oats when bear baiting from a treestand or groundblind.
What's the likelihood of bears being attracted to the smell of a molly ferment left in the hayloft or barn/shed??
Am I gonna have my buildings ripped up and have to kill a bunch of bears?
anyone have any experiences?
