I think I'm going to stick with this new hobby, so I should introduce myself! I'm Todd from Vancouver, Canada. I've been brewing all-grain beer for years, with an electric controller that I'm able to use now in my still(s). So far, one batch of bourbony-whisky thing (75% maris otter, 25% flaked corn) that is surprisingly good already, a brandy which I hope will age to something drinkable
I've MacGyvered up an upside down pot that fits over my 15G beer boil kettle for a pot still, and recently got a 6.5G still for the spirit runs. The neutral run today is going through a 2" VM column with SPP, which is working better than I'd hoped (thanks to the piles of good ideas here).
Thanks to everyone here that's contributed to such a great pool of information and ideas!
Todd
