Hi everyone.

So, I'm Aisling, I'm from the North East of England and I've been a hobby distiller for a few years now.

Currently, I distill only for myself (and selected friends and family) I run a T500, and an Airstill.

Over the last few years I have refined a couple of singiature gin's and a couple of liqueuers that have a good smooth taste.

So, you may ask yourself "Why is Aisling here is she already knows it all?" and to be honest, the answer is to both learn more and to scrounge information from you guys. Oh and also to see what cool equipment is out there!
