New to HD and distilling

Hello All, new to HD. I've lurked a little in the past, but I'm looking to learn a bit more hands on. In the past I've done some cheap and dirty shine using a homemade still from a old pressure cooker. But the last run was some years ago on a (less than reputable based on the rules?) Hillbilly Still. I'm not advocating for them or bashing. Just stating what I have. It's what I am going to use as well, for better or for worse, as what I have is what the funds allow! I'm looking to make some funky rums. Hopefully will be trying Buccaneer Bob's recipe for rum after I read through it a hundred times. Cheers!
