Have acquired a few less-commonly used gin botanicals.
Anyone incorporated these into their gin recipe?
Thoughts on tastes and bouquet's?
Calamus root.
Sarsaparilla root, Mexican.
Fenugreek seeds, whole.
Galangal root
St Johns Wort
Butterfly Pea flowers
Wormwood..... dunno which variety.
Expanding the botanical pantry.....
