I finally got my enzymes today yay. After doing the math they should convert over 300# of grain for 24$ that's pretty darn cheap compared to malt. My question now is does any one know how you are supposed to store these things? They came with no storage or usage instructions, usage although simple it's nice to look at a piece of paper until use becomes second nature. I don't want to inadvertently ruin them some how. Thanks.
