Hi from Bye Boer

Hi. I am David Smith, but every body call me Bye Boer in Afrikaans, (this means Bee Farmer in English). I reside in Windhoek Namibia and I am a home distiller and is using a 50 Liter stainless Beer barrel as a distill. I made in the past month a 1. Brandy from wine, 2. a Vodka from potato's(22.7 Liters at 89%) my best ever, 3. A rum from molasses, 4. a brandy from Marulas. All of them came out wonderful, except the Marula run. Every body warned me about it, but had to try it myself.
