Hi, all I am new to the site first time post my name is Gary from Australia here. I have a pot still and i have made a bourbon and a whiskey. The bourbon was made form oak chips and the whiskey from a bottle of flavoring. Filtering is done through a 1/2m stainless steel column which can be split in two and can be used filter the spirit through one column or two separate columns they have activated charcoal in them.
