I lived in Brasil for a while when I was young and really loved the various fruits that are common there. One of my favorites was Cupuaçu. The locals make an amazing ice cream with it. I have recently gotten a bunch of the frozen pulp from my local Brazilian bodega.
I know it is a long shot, but has anyone here ever tried this? Looking for any advice you may have so I don’t screw it up.
