Hey All,

Just joined this forum after learning so much from it and building my own stills. I am currently based in Oshawa, Ontario, and have distilled banana liqueurs, rums, and potato vodkas. My current run is based on a mash made with old mandarin oranges. I hope I can share my knowledge and learn from other masters and novices of the craft.
