My name is Purd from eastern Washington state. Short for Purdue. Not sure if my real last name is required.

I'm currently using a T500, a 5 gallon classic style copper cape pot still and one of those 3 gallon Russian rigs that Amazon sells

Don't really have a favorite. Pretty much like everything

Don't really have a legacy story. No relatives that made liquor. My kid has no interest, so I guess I'll be a first and last generation distiller.

I had back surgery 3 years ago that went wrong, so I'm partially paralyzed. Trying to figure out how to do this, and pretty much everything else, from a chair is... rehab, I guess.
