Hi All,
Am new to the forum but not overly new to fermentation and distillations. My passion is great rum and getting into the technicalities of complex fermentations. I've played with yeast, muck, rum oils, and ferments and hopefully I can learn a lot more from you all. I currently use a small hybrid still with two plates but my future holds a double retort at some stage.
