Spirit run of 10L/2.5g in 50L/13g boiler?

A novice question here. If I was to run a pot still spirit run of only 10L low wines in my 50L boiler, would it make the control of the flow too difficult and give me smearing between the fractions, or other problems? I assume I would have to run this really low to prevent it from smearing like crazy, is it even poossible? Has anyone tested it?

Yes, I agree it's overkill but my mini is only 5L and I'd hate to have to run the spirit run twice. I'm aware I'd need to run it hot plate or gas, my lowest element will fry below 9L.
