temp at top of PC and results on output abv (keg and pot )

Here is the comparison of actual data , where the temp is measured at the top of the PC. As each sample ( jar ) is take the temp and abv is measured.
There will be some smearing, one of these is a 7Gal spirit run and the other is a 15 gallon strip. Its not apples and apples here at all, but it is interesting to see some actual data points for reference.

Few items to watchout for is the duration of the stripping is about 1/2 the time of the spirit run.
the stripping run was about 2X the quanity of the spirit run.

cooling supply temp about the same. the PC was the same.
