Infection while fermenting

Post by SchmuBrew »

20L wash (x6)
Each
6L molassis,
6L hot water
6L gen2 dunder/backset that had (what I'm hoping was) a nice infection (siphoned from the middle).

EC1118 with some of the wash, raisins, fortified bran, tomatoes paste as a "starter"

Last 3 buckets filled took off nicely, each progressive bucket was slower. Now buckets 1 and 2 have an infection.
These were the first ones filled, I'm assuming the infection in the dunder contaminated them.

Question is, continue as per normal, or toss the infection buckets? Toss it all?
