I have the opportunity to buy a significant amount of old wine for super cheap. It’s hungarian furmint white wine. I’ve done all the google searching and AI i could and found issues with oxidation and off flavors. I’m curious if anyone has any experience with doing this, and getting the most out of it/ stripping off flavors
Attached is a photo of a wine bottle.
I can get these at only 60/cents a bottle and 240 bottles available. To me that rings 40ish bottles of brandy for only 200ish bucks. Is this to good to be true?
