I would like to introduce myself, I'm a brewer/distiller from Belgium, I had an account on this forum a long time ago but it got cancelled (due to not using it). So actually, hello again
In that long period I had a go with distilling, sometimes good sometimes less so. Started with a Chinese still that actually worked ok, even though the build of it was kinda sketchy. But with some extra parts it did ok.
Now I have a Grainfather G30 that I use for beer brewing and I'm looking at Still Spirits to put a column on it and start distilling. I'm particularly interested in their T500 Reflux Pro column but so far I only found one Youtube video on it. Hopefully there are some users of it on this forum that I can get some insights from.
