Borscht soup. If it’s cool in your area eat it while scalding hot for breakfast by the still (if made yesterday, better today!)
Broth
· Soup broth from beef bones (keep some always in the freezer)
· Turnip root
· Onion
· Leek
· Carrots
· Bay leaf
· Black peppercorns
· Beets
· Potatoes
· Cabbage
· Tomatoes
· Garlic
· Lemon juice (1 lemon)
· Fresh dill (but i didnt have)
· Salt and lots of black pepper
