I make my std sipping cream and the caramel one, with whatever bourbon/whisky is to hand, usually a white dog.

But I've done a few with rum too and they turned out lovely!

The one thing that improved on the recipe for rum, was swapping out the condensed milk for coconut cream, and adding a pinch of salt before blending, try that for a rum version Pal.

But definitely make the std whisky version too, she'll love it!

If you guys want to make up different recipes and variations how about starting a new thread instead of clutttering up what is a tried and true recipe thread.
